Warranty

Warranty is provided only to the original end-use purchaser and covers manufacturing defects or a functional failure of the watch only. The warranty does not cover the straps sold on our website. If your strap is faulty or not as described please contact us for assistance. Warranty decisions are at our sole discretion and we reserve the right to refuse claims under warranty if our conditions and criteria are not met. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any defective parts or the whole watch within a reasonable period and free of charge.

Not covered;

  • Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water, or a natural disaster
  • General wear and tear including scratches, chips, changes in the colour of the leather or metal band or any other ordinary changes incidental to the usual use of the watch
  • Failure or damage caused by improper use

Returns

If for any reason you would like to return your item please contact us here and describe the reason for your return. This must be within 10 days of purchase and the watch needs to be unworn and in new condition.
